The existing policy sets a minimum service age of 13 and requires purchasers to be 18 or have verifiable parental or guardian consent. OUTSYDE provides discovery, account, RSVP, ticketing, check-in and organizer tools. Event organizers produce and operate their events; venues control their premises. Some listings are submitted by organizers and others are discovered from public sources. A listing does not establish partnership, endorsement, verified ownership, availability or a confirmed booking. Verify material details with the organizer. Ownership claims are reviewed through the event claim-request process; send corrections or removal requests to support. External ticket providers have separate purchase terms.

Read the linked Ticket Terms and Refund/Cancellation Terms before buying. Current native ticket checkout charges the listed price times quantity with no added OUTSYDE buyer fee. OUTSYDE deducts a 5% platform fee from organizer proceeds and currently pays card processing. Stripe processes payments using platform destination charges; OUTSYDE participates in payment administration. We do not describe this as a transaction in which OUTSYDE never handles funds. Organizer production responsibilities do not remove OUTSYDE’s own obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

An RSVP expresses attendance intent and does not by itself promise entry or a paid ticket. Keep ticket QR codes private; duplicate presentations may be rejected after use. Admission is subject to lawful, disclosed event-specific age, ID, capacity and venue rules. A purchase does not override them. Check event updates. Notify support about cancellations, postponements or materially incorrect listings. PENDING REFUND IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW: cancellation remedies, refund timing and responsibility remain subject to the linked draft refund terms and applicable law.

Do not publish unlawful or materially misleading events, infringe rights, harass people, discriminate unlawfully, commit payment fraud, misuse attendee information, impersonate others, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or use bots/scraping to disrupt the service or collect personal information without authorization. OUTSYDE may investigate, remove content or restrict accounts proportionately for abuse, fraud, security or legal reasons. Where practicable we will explain restrictions and permit a support review. Good-faith statutory complaints and payment disputes are not prohibited.

You retain ownership of submitted flyers, photos, logos, descriptions and other content. You represent you have sufficient rights and authority to submit it. You grant OUTSYDE a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format and distribute it, and use it to promote the submitted event and platform, only as reasonably needed for those purposes. Do not supply private information without authority. Removal ends prospective display/promotion subject to backups, legal preservation and previously distributed material. Platform software and branding remain their owners’ property. Send copyright complaints to legal@outsydeapp.com with identification of the work, alleged infringement and contact information. Third-party links, Spotify, payment, hosting and messaging services have their own policies. Features can change or be unavailable; we will use reasonable efforts to address failures and preserve access to records and money owed.

The Privacy Policy describes processing and recipients. Privacy acknowledgement is not blanket permission for marketing, sensitive-data use or optional integrations. Operational messages include authentication, ticket delivery and relevant event/account notices. Marketing email and promotional SMS require their own applicable permissions and opt-out handling; account creation does not grant them. No guaranteed deletion deadline is promised in this draft.

You may request account closure through support. Some transaction, dispute, security and agreement evidence may require retention. Closing an account does not erase accrued obligations or deny money already owed. Material new terms require an explicit versioned acceptance for affected future authenticated actions; browsing remains available. A privacy update is a notice and acknowledgement, not consent to otherwise unlawful processing.
