Ticket Purchase Terms
LAST UPDATED: 2026-09-27-draft.1 • Effective: PENDING APPROVAL — draft prepared September 27, 2026
RELATED DOCUMENTS — ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED
Before paying
Draft for attorney review; effective date pending approval. Confirm event, date/time, venue, organizer, quantity, listed ticket price/total, age/ID restriction and applicable refund/cancellation policy before payment. Native checkout currently adds no OUTSYDE buyer fee. External ticket links use the external provider’s checkout/terms. PENDING IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW: checkout must conspicuously link these terms and record the displayed document/event-policy versions; current checkout lacks this evidence.
Delivery and admission
Successful payment creates a ticket delivered by email with a QR code and ticket page. Keep the QR private. Repeated use or duplicates may fail check-in. Contact support if delivery fails. Admission remains subject to lawful organizer/venue age/ID, venue and safety rules disclosed for the event. A ticket does not override age restrictions. Transfer/resale rights and tooling were not verified; contact the organizer before attempting transfer and do not sell unauthorized duplicates.
Changes, refunds and disputes
Read draft Refund/Cancellation Terms. PENDING REFUND IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW: entitlement, deadlines and event-policy presentation require confirmation. Contact organizer/support for changes or problems; you retain mandatory refund and lawful bank/payment-dispute rights. Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases may be investigated and invalidated with appropriate review. No blanket non-refundable term or waiver of statutory rights is adopted.
Acceptance and records
Proposed conspicuous notice: “By purchasing, you agree to the OUTSYDE Terms and Ticket Purchase Terms and the event’s displayed refund/cancellation policy, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.” This is a handoff requirement for the concurrent checkout workstream, not a claim it is already implemented. Marketing permissions must be separately optional.
